At BYJM, every piece is designed with intention — many are made just for you. We kindly ask you to review our policy before placing your order.

✨ Personalized Items

Due to the nature of customization, all personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

This includes:

  • Items with custom letters, patches, embroidery, or monograms

  • Personalized pouches, robes, pajamas, or sets

Please make sure to double-check your order before confirming. Once placed, personalized orders cannot be modified or cancelled.

✅ Non-Personalized Items

We offer refunds or exchanges on regular (non-customized) products within 7 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is:

  • Unused and unwashed

  • In its original packaging with tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Once returned and inspected, we’ll issue a refund (excluding original shipping fees) or arrange an exchange — your choice.

🇰🇼 For Kuwait Orders:

  • Returns and exchanges are free within Kuwait.

  • We’ll arrange pickup from your home or an alternate location.

🌍 For International Orders:

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not liable for lost or delayed return parcels.

  • Exchanges are not offered internationally — but you may return an eligible item for store credit.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  1. Personalized or custom-made items

  2. Final sale or clearance items

  3. Gift cards
